Scratch Powers
Um, so I'm thinking of making a story project, where you're a superhero...
And all of that stuff.
So, I'd like to hire:
1 Wizard- This wizard should know all the superhero's powers, because he created their powers. You go there to get your power.
Infinity Superheroes- The superheroes are your friends. You must teleport to where the superheroes are meeting, when the wizard wants you to.
3 Villians- The villians has a large sword, with gold dust around it. The gold dust is for teleportation. He also has a lot of cool gadgets. Their goals? To be able to do what they can't do. Super-power wise. The only way to do that is to lock the sword's image in the wizard's mind.

Is this going to be a Scratch project when you get your team assembled? If so, then it sounds more like it belongs in the Collaboration section. You can use the Report button to ask for it to be moved again, if necessary. Good luck with your project

You mean, like, it's a minor/temporary collab for this one project? If that's the case, then it still goes in Collaboration. However, if all you're looking for is people to provide sprites and / or characters for your game, then I guess it does go in Requests.
