I'm not sure I understand...
Do you mean you can have multiple users who "own" the gallery and can set the rules for it? I guess that would be cool...
Or do you mean allowing certain users to upload projects to your gallery? Because you can do that already.

Well, then that would sort of be pointless. You could just add their projects and it will show their username under the project, like on the front page.

It could be something like "create a collabration", and the "invite users to the collabration" and "add projects to the collabration" and maybe there could be an online scratch player wich only members can see, and where they could programm together online at the same time!

Hmm... people could abuse it and maybe make 'groups' of friends in the gallery, then people will feel left out if they're not in it. But it would be a nice idea apart from that.
