Being power hungry made everyone hate him and made every faction want to make a super faction to stop him.
I will give collin a talking too and ban him from carrying lava for a few IRL weeks.

Ban? Thats one of the worst things you could do, theres no rule against carrying lava. And you are OP on this server?

ban him FROM carrying lava.
not ban him FOR carrying lava

Ok my reasoning and plans (feel free to rebuttal or suggest or disagree with stuff):

It should be a luxurious but cheap town to live in. Comfortable and focused. The town hall should be in the center of the houses. No private farms because all living expenses are in a flat payment at the beginning. Pool just seems unnecessary and detracts.

A flat payment shouldn't be too expensive though. Maybe $30?

(Also, ban or punish CluetasticJr. Constant censoring of harsh directed insults and generally rudeness)

Ok soup, I don't know if you know but me and nerve started a town off called Swerdia (Soup-Werdia), mainly to stop griefs. We're removing that weird shack thing we started off in, and have 2 3-story wool houses. We also have a melon, reed and wheat farm. Surrounding the claimed area is a temporary wall, because of recent disputes with a certain other town I am not going to name. (Torres) We used to be at war but I sorted out a peace agreement. We are now neutral but not yet allies.

Anyway, as for what you were saying, flats could work out fairly well. The houses we built already work well as flats, if we do a bit of changing. And ok for the farms. And now I'm started to think no for the pool as well, it takes up too much space.

Apperantly more civil=more political. 

i have an idea to make an un-claimable town: slabs
you can't place fence on slabs so just surround a town with a wall and every claimable block around is slabs
