Music/Sound...importing an entire song

I can't seem to import an entire song. Is the file too big? It keeps saying fatal error when i try to upload. Any suggestions?

Projects over 10 MB can't be uploaded; is that the case? :L You could try compressing the song too.

(S)he's saying about importing the song, not uploading the project.
