Did you uninstall 1.3 then install 1.3.1? Do NOT do that, or you will lose your projects. Just install 1.3.1 with 1.3 already on, then you won't lose your projects.

I'm not sure it its possible to recover the files 
in general I keep my scratch projects out of the scratch projects folder so things like that don't happen.
I've taken a long hiatus, but I still visit sometimes. Give me some time to answer any messages you post on my projects!

Try searching your computer for *.sb to find any scratch files on your system. If you can't find any, they're gone forever. Sorry.
I heard this bug was fixed a long time ago...

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Try searching 4 *.sb, if you get nothing, they may be lost forever...
