Okay, here's the Background for the site. It's been resized automatically by the site, so it may look a bit weird.

Awesome!
For the website coding, it'll need to be divided into 3 parts: The feather, the text, and the background. They need to be in PNG format and have transparent backgrounds.

How wide should the whole thing be? Right now, the full-sized image is 1680 x 1050, which as you can guess, is pretty dang big.

I'm not working with the website, really: you'll have to ask Meap, I was just saying that because most websites have background divs that are placed percentage-wise from the right of the screen to make backgrounds fit for all browser sizes.

But I like to make sure it's the correct size in the first place. Auto-resizers tend to mess up the graphics; I much prefer to edit my pictures myself.

Since I'm not actually part of the website team, I wouldn't like to interfere much, but to answer your question: Meap's making the website with Weebly, right? If so, it needs to be 1100 pixels wide. You'll need the feather, text and background as separate images, though.

1100 pixels, got it, thank you!

Have you ever used weebly?!?!? You need to know how to use it!

Because what you guys are planning won't exactly work with weebly...

I really don't think so.

Depends on how easy it is!

I'm a pathetic programmer. I can't even use Scratch to make anything more professional than playing animations.
Luckily for me, that's all I need to know for right now. I'm an artist, not a programmer.
BirdByte, you're an amazing programmer. Could you help us with this? I don't know much about website programming, although I know some HTML and am currently working on Javascript.
*EDIT*
Okay, so I was doodling on a blank banner template, and I made this:
...in case it's hard to tell, it's a golden phoenix.
Can we use this for something?

Thanks! I would love to help out, but just keep in mind that I don't know Javascript, but I can do mouseovers and stuff.

You guys are so helpful. Phoenix is lucky to have all of you.
@Zangooser: maybe we could use that for the website...? It's amazing, like all of your art (and doodles).

It's not really that great. There are somethings that bother me about this piece. The wings, for example, are so flat... I was too lazy to put any effort into adding feathers. And those brown splotches are somewhat irritating for some reason. I don't like them.
I guess I'm being kind of hard on myself, though. Thank you!
