I'm working on a new game, FOV (Fall of Civilizations). It's a post-apocalyptic scenario, but I'm unsure of the most important part. The apocalypse itself! If you have any UNIQUE ideas for this, or any other aspects on this game, feel free to either comment on the project, or post a reply here!

You could try making it scrolling and you could try adding an inventory. From there, I recommend that you add cars which you can use to run over monsters with, though they should use up gas and they should get destroyed after awhile.
I also recommend that you add the ability to heal yourself with medical kits and maybe the ability to heal your car using spare car parts that you find. It would be nice if there was a sort of "black market" formed by survivors of the apocolypse where you can trade for items using money that you find along the way.
I hope that this helps!

Well, it is scrolling Cars! Good idea, hadn't thought of that. Also, the black market idea is good. Actually, If your hunger and thirst is full you will heal slowly, but medical kits to instantly heal would also be good. Thanks for your input!

I don't know what you mean. If you mean the gear screen, you can push the close button to close it!

Your welcome!
Anyway, I'm just curious, will the game's point of view be on the ground or in the sky?

Birds eye view. Did you have a look at the game?

I was on my iPod at the time, so I couldn't look at your project, but it looks great so far!

After tomorrow, I could look at your project and help you, though I don't want to enter a long collab. I'll just help you spice up your project.
If you can, could you give me a list of the bugs you've encountered so far? That would help a lot. Thanks.

Yeah, sorry for late reply, been a tad busy. I don't actually know if there are any bugs, that would be a just in case thing. If you could though, I have a suspicion that the close button hides when you push start, but the gear screen doesn't. Could you quickly fix that? I have to make the gear screen show up at the start so the variables don't go everywhere and reset their positions. I have, in the latest version which I will upload when I get home, 3:20 pm NZ time added a character creation screen and a home screen. This will mean that I can have a nice opening screen so the upload pic won't always be the gear screen. Thanks!

Same here, sorry for the really late reply. I'll look at your project today and tomorrow and see what I can do.

I worked on your project, though I messed up, so that's why I changed so little in your project. One thing that seems to keep on messing up is that you can't see the inventory stats. I have to get off the computer right now, so I'll give you a link. I hope that you like it!
Your Project.
