How can i get a picture right below my comment GUI?

EXAMPLE: i comment on someones forum and it has a photo, all i can do is a motto,
please help

Do you mean a signature image?

First, upload you picture at tinypic.com. Copy the URL they give you. In you signature, write

[img]{the url they gave you}[/img]

The amount of posts you have posted does not affect your ability to do so.

I know the actual algorithm from the Scratch Wiki (you can't see it anymore) but I can't post it here. But I can tell you it doesn't involve the number of forum posts.
