To those who are building a town in the desert, put up a sign! I thought it was an abandoned NPC village or something until GamesGladiator told me it was your base, I almost took all your stuff!

Soup, I have an idea for our town:
The red line is our borders. It's the West side of the desert. The South and West, and North-West sides are bordered by the other biomes. The North-East side is bordered by the large sand hills. The East isn't really signified by anything, hence it being a straight line.
Anyway, here are what all those colours are:
Purple: Dungeon mine [tunnel down to private zombie dungeon]
Pink+Light Green: Animal farm and small outside garden
Light blue: Town Hall (whatever that's for)
Green: Public mines
Grey: Swimming pool (high walled area with layered diving boards - big area is deep end, small bit at the end is the shallow end
Orange: The market (Where people put up stalls to sell and trade)
Blue: Bank (An idea I had. It would work basically the same as real banks, people give us stuff and we store it somewhere and write down what they put in, they then get a small amount of interest daily. People could borrow stuff from the bank for a fairly high interest)
Yellow: Wheat/melon/pumpkin/cacti/tree/etc. farms. (One end is an area set up by us which anyone can harvest (replanting though), one end would be a private end, where people can cheaply buy an area of land in it to grow there own crops without any other players interfering. We'd keep it cheap though, I want this to be a basically free town to join)
Brown area: a set of house plots, people can get one of these free (comes with a chest with starter tools and stuff) but if you want multiple plots it'll cost. To stop rich people getting loads of plots, we could make the price double each plot you get.
So, there's my ideas. : D A lot of them probably wouldn't work out (bank...) but it could be cool to try out and stuff.
Edit: Oh, and the black is roads.

Skits, I recommend getting Essentials for the server, mainly for the commands /home, /sethome, and /tpa. That way people won't have to keep travelling far distances to get to people--they could just teleport to them.

Skit, isn't it unfair that svinnik has two accounts on the server? Most of us only have one, and the second account would allow him to claim more land for his town.
