Justin Bieber to North Korea!
This was a prank from about two years ago in which the Internet rigged the My World poll to have Justin go to North Korea. They succeeded, but the people who hosted the poll turned their hypocritical backs on it, saying the poll wasn't official. You can read more about it on sites like Know Your Meme.
