Synthesia
Synthesia is a program that can read MIDI files and then play them sort of in a piano tune.

One of my favorite Synthesia videos of all time... Someone even made a forum thread on it. X3
I love U.N. Owen Was Her, but I've never even played Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, or any Touhou game... ^^; I would fail so bad, but that's off topic, sorry.
