I doubt it. None of your projects have enough views.

It dosen't matter! The Scratch Team still thinks it's good! It dosen't matter what the Scratchers think you know! It depends on what the scratch team thinks. So, yeah. My project really did get deleted from the front page. SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME???

It was probably in newest. After more projects are posted, it stops. Front paged projects typically begin being front paged at ~ 60 views, and none of your projects have that. Keep working, and maybe you will get front paged. Scratch on

Like Firedrake969 pointed out, it's impossible for your project to hit the Most Viewed section because it doesn't have enough views to qualify. If you look at the current set of Top Viewed projects right now, you probably need a least a hundred views within 4 days of the upload date to probably qualify for the Top Viewed row.
It's very likely that the projects got onto the "Newest Projects" row, which basically shows the newest projects being uploaded to Scratch. It then got replaced by other newer projects when the front page cache updated, as zubblewu said earlier.
For the most part, the front page is community-controlled; so, except for the Featured row, the Scratch Team doesn't control which projects hit the front page.

Actually the top viewed project aren't "decided" by anyone. Well they sort of are, but not decided as in "I'm going to make this project top viewed!" It's decided by how many unique views your project gets (views from different IPs) -- and none of your projects have enough views to get on top viewed, no offence.

Topics only get closed when the request is from the topic owner, so no.

They can get closed if they're resolved, like this one... (correct me if I'm wrong )

The report still needs to come from the topic owner.

Even if a topic seems resolved, we like to wait for the owner to ask for a close, just to make sure. They started the thread after all.
