I hope to never see one... I just see spambots on the forums. There was this one who make a "Watch the soccer olympics" thing twice. I flagged them both, but it took 2 days to take them down.

It's a commercial spammer, I see these all the time, mostly on the front-paged projects and a few on the forums. They also usually have weird names like "iovhufsa" and strange Middle-Eastern names from what I've seen of them.
