Scratch

1. A beginner's programming language.
2. Blocks are the little things on the side of the scratch program. You use them to program your project
3. You can create blocks if you are good at coding in squeak. Which I'm not.
4. A project is something you created in scratch.

Scratch is a programming language
Blocks are comands that you can use to control the background, the sprites, the sounds, and the variables.
Not that I know of. How ever they are coming out with it in scratch 2.0 which is said to be out sometime in september.
A project is the form of your scratch creation, and if you have the scratch program you can make one!
