Could you please explain more about what you're looking to do?

I think that AMIII wants to put all of the separate NASCAR sprite costumes into one sprite.
If that's what you want, then:
1). Go to a sprite.
2). Go to costumes.
3). Right click the desired costume and click "export this costume". Remember to save in some place that you'll remember how to get to later.
4). Repeat steps 1 through 3 with the other desired nascar costumes.
5). Go to your nascar.
6). Go to costumes.
7). Hit import and import all of the nascar costumes you've exported, though do this one at a time.
8). Your finished!
