Scratch

Hello,
I’m in the process of making a game, and it would be awesome if I could use controllers with it. I would assume this is only possible by hacking Scratch or by assigning buttons on the keyboard to buttons on the controller.
Ideally, I would want two PS3 controllers hooked up, however from what I understand I would need drivers to make it compatible with my computer.
So could anyone help me with this?

Oh, and if anyone cares, the game is based on Avatar: The Last Airbender / Legend of Korra. In the game you make a character, and beat each other up with your bending.
