Would I be allowed to use the number of love-its a project has as a 'currency'
For example, I make this company that gives away sprites, music and more to collaborations in need... each project they do I will give them a certain number of sprites based on the 'quota' of love-its they have given themselves. If they do not meet this quota, my company will not assist them on their next project.
I was planning to do something such as that.
Is that allowed? Or would it induce spamming for love-its?

There has been much debate on whether or not people should use love-its as currency. However, what you're asking of is different.
What I say is, it's up to you. It's probably going to make your company very selective in its endorsements, but it will also help filter out any projects you deem unfit for your help.
So, like I said... your call. d:

Ok, that seems like logical input, thank you for that.
I'm going to wait for a mod to answer first, but I think I'll go with it (unless a mod has a serious problem with it)
