The head controls the programming, but the chief approves the programming, which is then sent to me, and if I approve, It goes in the game/tutorial/art/animation/etc.

From your opinion, what's your 3 top best projects? Well, I recently created a new account (my old one is "footballnut") and so I haven't really had a chance to work on anything. I'd say from "Footballnut" my top three projects are: Extreme Drop Zone, Bounce -UPDATED-, and Worlds Hardest Game 3.
