no, i don't really see what you mean. could you reword?

A submits a project called 1, B submits a project called 2 and C submits a project called 3. A votes +1 to 2 and +2 to 3, but cannot rate his own. B can't be bothered to rate, C rates +1 to both 1 & 2. A ends up with the least votes. B with the most, because he didn't vote for the others. A & C got a total of 1 person voting for them, B got 2.

well depends on your theme. The scratch cat's hideout used to be for a building-style thread, so find a theme and build a name around it.
