I'm writing an E-Book about Scratch 2.0. I was wondering if it would be okay if I put the scratch cat, scratch logo, etc. in the book. If so, what text should I put in to credit scratch and where?

As long as you give credit and say that they are owned by The Lifelong Kindergarten Group at the MIT Media Lab it should be fine. I'm not entirely sure, though.

You must make sure it's obvious that you don't own it and that it's made by MIT, but I don't see any legal problem with it; how many times do you see the logos of Google or Yahoo on news sites without credit? tongue
