Yes, I noticed too.  I was wondering if the download is available elsewhere, and does the source code come with the download?
Has anyone tried to merge BYOB with Panther?  I would like to start with BYOB and graft onto it the file read/write ability first as I see that as the most lacking feature in Scratch/BYOB/Snap!.  If that goes well then I would try for other features.
