If you are after a proffesional looking website there is no point in building it fromthe ground up in pure HTML and CSS. I suggest get some hosting with a MySQL database and install Wordpress or Drupal (or any other content management software you fancy) and then make your site with a good template. That is what 90% of websites do.
I could do that but I'm not really that concerned about the website being professional and I've heard that MySQL is a pretty difficult language.
MySQL isn't very hard.
It is much simpler than many other languages.
It's almost like English.
Once you get into LEFT JOIN and stuff like that, it's not like English at all.

It's still a great deal simpler than many other languages, though.

The only languages I know are scratch, Alice, and BBcode.

BBcode isn't a language. The closest one to it is Javascript, which isn't like it at all!

BBCode is technically a language, but not a programming one. It's essentially a quarter slice of HTML formatting. (Meaning its similar to HTML formatting but has way less options and tags)
