A new FAQ topic

We need a new topic in Frequently Asked Questions showing how to detect whether a project is being played in Java Player, Flash Player/Scratch 2.0, or Scratch 1.4. Maybe also include a link to the topic in the Scratch Wiki about it.

Also maybe how to obtain an Obsolete! block, since they are needed.

if you make a topic somebody can suggest that it be put in faq, i saw a good one once and reported it and it was moved
