Ok I'll see what I can do.

I programmed a scratch project to make them (see my profile). So you could do it yourself but I like making then for others smile

yes i did mean rainbow hoops but instead of circle shaped hoops i was wandering if you could make the hoops heart shaped.

Can I have a Neon Rings sig, that's kind of multipart so I can split it?
One part saying "Skyline's Forums", one part saying "ScratchGames 2012", and one part saying, um... "I'm whizzer0 for all things Minecraft." Please.
For the font, same as yours but in orange, please. And a bit smaller to fit the text in.
If all that's too much to ask for, it's alright.
