I once saw a movie were a guy hit another guy! I'm so ashamed.

But seriously folks, I think that it depends on whether the kid is mature enough to know its just a game. I own Skyrim and play cod and Halo with friends and I don't feel viole- BLOOD PAIN DEATH GORE HAHA ...Excuse me for a moment.
This is the most extreme sarcasm i've written for a while

I don't know if Doom really caused Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold to go on a mass murder rampage, but it may have. Plus, they were already psychos and had their own inner demons from the beginning.
Doom didn't 'cause' it, but they were immersed into that violent world so much that their psychoticness (that was already there) made them want to recreate those events.
So, in a sense, its the video game and the person are to blame (in that particular scenario anyways). They were mentally ill in the first place, but that was more of a depression and probably a passive-aggressiveness, but no killing involved yet. They probably played violent games to get away from everything (it is reported they have been bullied in the past) and seeing all that violence pushed them to do the crime. They'd need help no matter what, but in this case, I think it was the media that turned 'that depressed kid' into a killer. Just my opinion.

I have extreme dislike against war games.
There are two things most companies want their shooter game to excel in:
1. Companies are actively trying to make their games more realistic.
2. Companies want to make more 'awesome' multiplayer.
These games get big. People all over the world are playing this incredibly realistic game online. British. Germans. Americans. Asians. You name it.
Not to mention, it is likely that most of these games have a chatbox type, or even voice chatting.
Think about it. Does anyone besides me see the problem?

i didnt think video games had anything to do with it, the kids were being bullied and different people react to that in different ways, whether it be telling an adult, suicide, standing up for yourself, or killing everybody in sight

basically
either that or you add more stuff, as in the case of halo
halo ce was great
halo 2 had better multiplayer
halo 3 added unlockable armor and forge
halo reach improved upon both these concepts

sorry but uh were you saying jukyter probably isnt christian because they contradicted you and dont think media affects you or do you have some other sort of proof? because if its the first then i dont even know what to say :I
No, even Christians contradict each other on trivial and gray matters, but the majority of people are not Christians, and at least half the people who say there are, aren't really. It's a pretty safe assumption. That, and my personality type is why I'm unnaffected. The only reason I care a bit what people think of me, is because I'm Christian, that's what I said. Don't ask about my personality type either, I'd be here all day trying to explain it.

i seriously doubt that, christianity is spread all over the world in most every country and if people say theyre christian they probably are, even if theyre not very good ones, for many christians worship god and all that but dont do it very seriously

Obviously, only Christians can be upset by graphic violence
Sadly that's usually true, about the violence, note I said usually, not always. I'm only concerned for the people who came up with the violence, they have overactive minds.

Are you? Really? Look at my project, about Christianity, and we'll see if you truly are. I'm not saying it's not possible, but I never really thought there were divisions on this particular issue.

In a roundabout way, it is about religion. Sort of. Your beliefs will affect the way you answer this question. Besides, I'm not trying to start a religious conversation here, people keep arguing me about points. As I said in an earlier post, the more you try and disprove me, the more evidence I'll bring to the table till you either walk away and give up, or I discover fallacy in my logic (which rarely happens, regardless of if there is a fallacy or not). I will defend myself to the end, that's one of the complex pieces of my personality. I'm also not trying to offend anyone, and I never would, but offense is all in the eyes of the interpreter. This conversation will stop when, and only when, you guys stop, or I decide it's turned into a flame war and stop it myself. It's really your decision.

I will defend myself to the end. Period. Unless it gets out of hand, which it rarely does. not sure how you missed, that, I'll highlight it for you.
