he was really cool.  I hope he comes back somehow...  That would make the new series quite interesting.

Re: Doctor Who Official Thread

what was really wrong, is that we have to wait until fall for the seventh series.  That completely ruins the traditional spring premiere.

The thing is, he's good now. But I did read that he may come back for the 50th anniversary as a different actor. Also, Moffat hinted at a crossover with Sherlock!

Get a sonic screwdriver. the laser screwdriver is not nearly as cool as it seems. Unless you meant the real thing?

Not sure if I'd like it either  hmm
Though I do like the Sherlock Holmes books, I've never seen the TV show
But sonatina likes it; maybe I should try
Then I can develop a better-informed opinion

I wasn't so sure about Matt Smith for the first half of his first series. Then I started to concentrate on his death arc; I now love his stories.

Too bad we could never have a full modern 3 doctors with Eccleston.

Also, all Doctor Who currently on Netflix is secured for it until 2100.  tongue

Really? Then Mark had better watch it [/irrelevant and you wouldn't know who this is anyway]
And uh
Why couldn't there be a 3 Doctors special w/ Eccleston?

Ecclestone hated his time on the show. I think he liked that he was getting to play the Doctor but he had a terrible contract and he pretty much doesn't like it being mentioned that he was on it.

It'd be cool if the 50th anniversary was every doctor they could get to come back.

I like Matt Smith.

NO NO PLEASE LET IT NEVER EVER HAPPEN.
I don't think it is though.
-------------------------------
This I just joined the discussion I will sum up all my views in lines.

The Empty Child is the scariest.
Dalek Sec is the coolest.
The Silence *COUGHCOUGH*slenderman*COUGHCOUGH* are also cool.
Eccleston was the best new doctor. (Bananas are a good source of potassium)
I've seen all of the new episodes except The Almost People and Night terrors.
Rose was the best companion.
whoo

Ask me what I'm doing, wait an hour than roll a die, if it's 4-6, I'm playing Skyrim, if it's 1, I'm eating, if it's 2-3 I'm programming.

The Silence is not a race of Slenderman-ish people! It is a religious order!
But yes, the ones you're referring to are quite cool

Yes, yes, but how does one refer to them other than the silence?
