Pretty much as the title says.
This is how things will work:
You post somethings down below saying you wajt to advertise your site. You give me the link to your website along with the ad and suggesting when you want the ad to be up, where. More on that later. I say great! Ill see if that fits into the schedule which I will create below. If it does, I'll give you the same info. Once we both work it out, we will do as planned. Planned will probobly be something like this:
I put up x ad for x amount of time in x place on my site, if you put x ad on your site in x place for x amount of time.

Why it is Win-Win:
Lets say for every two people that view x site, they click on the ad. Thats already sharing hallf my traffic with you! If you do the same, we would be increasing site traffic by 25%!!

Why it is Free:
Lets face it. Nothing is free about free except free is free free.
When I say free, I mean it costs you nothing currency wise. It does tike some time and effort to make an add and decide on a time, but you do that same thing with paid ads anyways.

Now do I need to explain why its advertising? What are you waiting for? Spread the word!
