Hmm, in my interest I don't like sound, 1. It makes files big 2. Sometimes it can get obnoxious. There may have been a problem when uploading the project and no sound got uploaded.
Here are some questions:
1) Have you gotten the game to work before this started happening or is this the first?
2) Has anyone else have had this happen to them?
3) Has this happened on any other projects?
4) Was your project uploaded before the date 2009-06-07?

That "no sound bank" message makes me think that not all of Scatch got installed properly. Have you tried reinstalling Scratch?

2)idk
3)i cant even play large file games or games with sounds
4)yes it was uploaded before the date 2009-06-07

Okay that explains it, it was the new Java Player. Re upload it see if that fixes the problem.
