Looks pretty good. I just read a book on HTML so I can help you if you need anything. By the way, in Google Chrome it looks exactly the same in Chrome mode as in Firefox mode, but in IE mode the menu bar is gone. And it's typically best just to make it work in all browsers. I'll take a look and see if you have any errors that might be throwing things off. Just wondering, what hosting service did you use?
1FreeHosting.
The site is currently down as I'm having some trouble embedding my forums in my current layout.

How come stupid personal websites like this get every bit of attention, while all the ones I make might get like, 1, if I'm lucky, 2 members. Then it just dies out. If I'm really lucky, I'll get 2 members and a stupid argument on the topic.

Nice website. I like the scrolling. If you want to make it work in IE and other browsers that it currently does not work in, you have to make a separate style sheet for each browser. The best way to is by detecting the browser's user agent.

@imnotbob Never. I'll have to create a new page for each topic on the forums and that's just not okay.
@wolvesstar97 I registered a .tk domain and poined it to the 1FreeHosting nameservers. Then I made a 1FreeHosting domain and pointed it to my .tk domain. Then I uploaded a .zip containing my website and BOOM. My website.
