What would happen if...
What would happen if someone has an inappropriate icon or location? (I know of a way to choose a location normally unavailable, and it goes through to the server, look at my userpage for an example) How would it be reported?

It would be reported by contacting the Scratch Team via the "Contact us" link at the bottom of every page.

Or you could report a project of theirs saying they have an inappropriate icon/location, if you don't have a valid email address.

Chances are that anyone that has this problem will have access to an email account. If not, yeah, I suppose you could report something else and describe the issue there.

Well, you can enter a fake one, they don't send confirmation emails.

Well, the e-mail address does need to be valid in cases of forgotten passwords. Other than that, a fake e-mail could be put in.
The ST has been thinking about using e-mail verification for a while, though.
