Lesson of the day, kids: After effects isn't the Glorified Flash you wanted.
(I was trying to make the tail move in a natural way. But My after effects renders things oddly and it goes too fast.)
Edit: Changed the framerate on the render. Looks far better.

She founded Ponyville, not Equestria. It could just be that Ponyville is just a fairly young village.
