Ok, so I got 2 projects that are between the 25 Top Viewed, but from different accounts (One from my test account, which is currently being displayed on the front-page, and the other one from this account.)

My question is: when the first one gets old enough to get out of the page, will the other one start showing up in the Front-page?

Sorry if it's hard to understand...

It's possible for both to show at once if both are old enough.

They can both be on the front page as long they're from different accounts.

Sometimes the ST blacklists alt accounts, so maybe it won't. But it might; i don't really know.
