Scratch

I suggest we implement a new feature in the TBGs called TBG Blocks.
The plugin has already been developed, here, and functions exactly like the ScratchBlocks plugin.  Feel free to copy and modify the code, I got the color scheme a little wrong.  I mentioned this to the TBG mods, but they said that only the Scratch Team can implement this.  Please give feedback, if you'd like to preview, the userscript is here.
