We can use this script for the movement.  I think it should be mouse controlled to set it apart from most platformer style games.  Also, of course we could combine!

I like the new one better.  I can also make another one when I get back to my trusty old outdated photoshop.

Why would you like to join? I am a digital artist who would like to contribute more to the Scratch community 
Will you check in every day here? I'll try, but my daily schedule is pretty iffy - don't be surprised if I miss a day or two
How active are you (--/10) ? Compared to what? How many hours am I on Scratch a day? 
What role(s) do you want (No lead roles, they are earned not first come first serve)? Graphic artist
How good do you consider yourself at that role (--/10) ? I'm adequate, so maybe 6 and a half?

A little about yourself: Um, well, I want to learn French. 
I also am going to be receiving a tablet from Amazon in a few days, so expect my art quality to improve in the next week or so. Wait, this is an 'about me'. Right. So, I live in the US of A, I love Pokemon and Homestuck, there are two ferrets in my house who are quite smelly yet adorable, I don't actually have a favorite color, I stay up way later than I'm supposed to, and I often find myself daydreaming when I get bored.

So...I can only program virtually with the block plugin.

Still thinking. We might have to get Firedrake to implement your scripts, and Zangooser or I could make sprites and backgrounds. Oops, getting ahead of myself. We have to vote first.

I vote we start now.  Should we have a gallery or what?  Also, I can implement the scripts, but in a week or so, as I said, I will not be here.  Should I start now?  I will just make the sprite a black ball, and you can change it as you wish.
