I've had this idea for a while...

I was playing around in Paint.NET and got some rays emitting from the top left corner. For some reason I was thinking about Scratch mods, and then, I thought, Hey, wouldn't it be cool to make my own? So, I immediately came up with a name and put my rays into GIMP. Let the editing commence!

I know the name isn't very original...

The focus of this mod would be the improving of graphics and sound. Semi-transparency n' such. Whadd'ya think, should it be created?
