Im using the System Browser and i cannot find out how to save it. Im sorry if this is really easy to do im kinda a n00b to scratch modding and coding. Please tell me.

First you need to right click and click "accept" then type in your initials. The shift click the R and select save image for end user. Done.

You can either press alt+s (I think it is cmd+s on mac), right-click --> accept or click the button above the scroll bar and click accept.
