That isn't a glitch with the player, the project is the problem.

When I am playing a game, if I press a key (lets say the left arrow key makes the guy move) and hold it, then click outside of the player, the game still behaves as if I am pressing that key. (So the guy keeps moving even if im not pressing left)

Thats a problem with flash, it happens to many other flash games.

While playing a project then scrolling down- then up. I get this: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/59329517/Untitled.png    Its not a big problem, but if anyone has a fix, please reply.

That is a common occurrence, caused by a slow or unresponsive browser.

Just wait, and it should disappear.
Alternatively, close unneeded running programs, or try another browser, or use a faster computer.

Faster computer!? My computer already has an Intel Core i7-2630QM Quad-Core 2.90GHz with 8 Threads!! How can i get faster than that? 

Close other things that could be eating up memory.  Besides, what browser are you using, and what version of it?

Technical limitation.

3. Clicking on the Green Flag generates a mouse-down event.  This may not be a bug since 1.4 does the same thing...but the Java player does not.

You're right. The Java player only detects mouse clicks when it happens on-screen. Not a bug.

My latest project, Quantum Superposition, works offline, but not online. That's why I updated the project to ask Scratchers to download it. Only the sound superposition works. This happens on Java AND Flash.

That's no glitch.  It's supposed to happen.

Description of Problem: Most of the time, effects don't work. The only effect that does is ghost and brightness and even that doesn't always work. It works in java though.
