<When I Receive> Sensing Block, is it possible?

As the title says, I've seen this suggested many times.

The new mod OUSC will have this. Look out for the release version!

panther and some other mods have it but i think its sort of glitchy
i would just use variables, sort of like this:

Re: <When I Receive> Sensing Block, is it possible?

I don't think it is possible. A broadcast takes a fraction of a second, it is unlikely that the <when I receive> block will be processed at exactly the same time to receive the broadcast.
