Further info:
The server is running on:
A Virtualbox VM
Windows Server 2008 Web Edition
WebsitePanel
more details are going to be released soon.
There is also a slight possibility we are going to switch to cPanel`s Enkompass 
If we switch to enkompass:
A Virtualbox VM
Windows Server 2008 Standard
Enkompass (1000 Account License)

I somehow knew I was going to see Enkompass. And I somehow know your going to ask me how to port forward and get the web server secured and ssl set up and stuff like that.

Update: Yes, we are using enkompass
