Scratch

You are probably referring to the Scratch authoring environment since that's the software where you make things. You can download it from here http://scratch.mit.edu/download After downloading it, you need to double click on the installer to get installed on your computer. Once it's installed you can open it so you can start making projects like the ones you saw on the videos.  Good luck!
