stamping and drawing overtop of sprites
stamping and drawing have always been cool tools for scratch, but i always had trouble with one thing. whenever i stamp it always stamps underneath sprites, maybe there should be an option to stamp overtop of sprites so you could make more games that involved scrolling using new creative stamping technologies.

Have you tried changing the sprite's layer system? Maybe if you make the sprite go back a couple layers then you would be able to stamp and draw over it.

Doesn't work 
I would love to see stamping and drawing over sprites, because I sometimes have to scrap great ideas for projects because of this problem.

i've tried that many times but it never does anything. stamping only happends on the stage and i would like to see that changed.
