Newgrounds Audio Portal
I once considered giving a link to a song I made on the New grounds Audio Portal, but I'm not sure if that's allowed because of some of the other stuff on the website.

In general, I think this quote from the community guidelines applies in this case as well:
If you feel others would find a project or comment mean, insulting, too violent, or otherwise inappropriate, click the link that says "flag as inappropriate."
So, if the website contains content that is similar, I would not link to it, unless you've specifically talked to a Scratch Team member regarding it.

However, I was recently reading a post on good sites for music (it was old) and cheddargirl suggested http://newgrounds.com/audio/.
