I'm not sure if this fits here or RaP so if it doesn't fit here, mods, feel free to move it or close it.

What is cosplaying? It,s basicly dress up as your favourite movie/anime/video game/ect character.

I've been interested in cosplay for a year now, but I never got the the chance to. I did go as this guy at an anime party thing.

But it was sloppy and quickly made.

I also went as a human version of this guy at Halloween last year.

I don't have an amine con near my town, so I cosplay around Halloween. Well, there is a con right in my home town, but it's new and has been there postponed until next year. (I'm not good at making costumes and a noob at cosplay, anyways.)

I am going to a cosplay party in a few weeks. And I plan to put a little more effort into my costume. Or at least the wig.

I'm going as this guy at the party and Halloween.

And maybe the fun fair coming up. I'll try to get a friend to video tape it. lol

I think it fits here because cosplay usually involves making the costumes, so it has some element of making/creating something.

On a side note, maybe you can find images of actual cosplay costumes? If not images of yourself wearing the costume, maybe use pics that others have uploaded to the internet. smile

I want to try being a Diclonius fron Elfen Lied for halloween, but it would involve explaining to my parents that I've watched Elfen Lied. Which they may or may not have heard of.

That sounds like a good idea. For now, I'm just gonna find some clothes that look closely to the characters and maybe modify it. I found a jacket at The Bay that looked perfect for Romano.

Oh my gosh! That is some amazing Bec Noir cosplay! I'm working on matrioshka Jade Harley and I've completed Dave Strider, Terezi Pyrope, and Karkat Vantas costumes.
