So how many seconds should each person animate? It's a 230-second song. I have an ungodly amount of free time so I can do more than I need to if it's ever needed.
Also thanks for the trust XenoK, but I really don't know how I would mash everybody's parts together.
First things first do we upload the .sb files to file-sharing places or under alts (possibly) and disguised as really generic projects?

Also I'm going on a 5-day vacation, I'll work on it first thing I get back! Should be pretty convenient since everyone's busy with the reconstruction of the site anyway.

some people are able to upload to like, dropbox, but some, like parcheesidude, are unable to use the program. So alt accounts will be an option. As long as we have this as a central place for linking all of our progress into a chain, and then combining it all together. I think P110 was doing something like this, but we never really finished it.

pretty much. speaking of everybody in on reconstruction, I'll need some web devs to help out on some of this stuff.

Um... Hi guys. I have no idea what is happening with Eternity Pong... Can someone tell me? And, I was thinking, instead of pausing production for a week or to so you can make the website and all, can we just make projects? You're spending so much time making the website and stuff that production is unbearably slow. Can we please focus on programming scratch projects and not making unnecessary website stuff?

did you read all of the posts before this? If you didn't,... READ! lol. No seriously, there's some info you should know about. Eternity pong will hold off until I get back from my intensive, but you guys are going to start in on something without me.

was that "The Lazy Song"?
It seemed like something that might've been good. I will write my official post in a bit.

ETERNITY INC - Have a Nice Day
Okay you don't need to get started on your part immediately of course, when XenoK gives the heads-up. Even I didn't start on anything since I'm about to embark on a vacation.
With this project I hope to emphasize the creativity of Eternity Inc, to create something that reflects our spirit and something the Scratch audience can enjoy. I will be organizing this collab, though somebody else will have to put it together because I don't have the slightest clue about how to program something.
Song: Bon Jovi // Have a Nice Day
Does everybody agree with this? I think it's the perfect song as it's not too aggressive nor is it too light-hearted, there are tons of things that can be done with this. The opportunities are endless.
10 parts
Each person maximum can have 2 parts. I tried to be reasonable, for 230 seconds each part is roughly 23 seconds. If you want to chip in 2 parts please don't make them adjacent for the sake of variety, thank you.
4 seconds of guitar / singing
If you were watching something that had a nice guitar solo I'm sure you won't want to watch 30 seconds of guitar-playing. Everybody is allowed 4 seconds of guitar and/or singing.
File-sharing
You can upload the files to a trusted file-sharing site or you can make an alt account, make the first frame a Scratch Cat, make it a thumbnail and disguise your project so this project is kept hidden from the public.
Have a nice day, gentlemen.
DEADLINE: AUGUST 25, 2012
The earlier the better though.

yes. OS stands for operating system. A lot of scratch ones can really have some advanced programming. Eternity OS will be a later project of ours.

Scratch is confusing to me
I guess programming isn't for me

I used to have the same mindset. It got extremely easier. I'm not as advanced as I could be in scratch programming, but am getting there.
