I agree with you, even thought I am a cat lover. It's because of the popularity of the scratch members, popularity of the Warriors series, cat lovers, and quality. Tis' why, people this is also getting annoying how people keep complaining.

Yes, I like cats too (I have one at home) and there is nothing wrong with liking them. The objectionable thing is where the same users draw cats well and get on the front page for long periods of time. It's not the cats, it's the lack of variety.

Oh really? because there has been cats consistently for the past year, How is this going to change? I too dislike picture on the front page. (I have nothing against cats or pictures) it's just great, it's a cat, now what? I just don't see why they get the front page, well actually I do. There is an anime cat/wolf fans that center around a couple of users and whenever they release a project, they swarm the user and download/love-it the project. I know it isn't the artists fault, I'M JUST SICK OF SEEING CATS FROM SOME FROM CLAN OR ANOTHER NAMED SOME UNIMAGINATIVE NAME LIKE SHADOWPAW OR LIGHTINGKIT.

maybe if you don't like cats and stuff just don't even look at the front page at all...

Yes that is true with me too! I'm really enjoying the curated projects and my friends projects 

I am generally a nice and tolerant scratch user but I have to admit that I would like some more diversity on the front page's top loved and top viewed sections.

My suggestion would be to use the suggestions forum to recommend that after one of there projects appeared on the front page for a month afterward that that user couldn't get a front page project. This would prevent the same users from returning again and again to the front page, maskedstar, kaotheroogoncreator, maki tak, long patrol, etc.

I have nothing against these users but there needs to be more of a diversity of projects on the front page.

Exactly what I feel like. Good programming should get more views and love-its than good art. I'm not saying art is bad, it's just that Scratch is about programming.

True, but stuff like the Keona's story is great. Same with the Warriors Movie episodes, and stuff like that. But when it comes to Maskedstar's drawings, than no. But to me, top-viewed doesn't matter. But top loved, featured, stuff like that are awesome. You know what I mean?

The Warriors Cats series is overrated.

But yeah, we can just ignore them and pay attention to something better than them. Interactive stuff (Games > Animation, IMO). Creative stuff (Shadowpaw? Lightingkit? I'm also bad at making up names, I must admit... But that's unoriginal).

We really cant complain its the power of the people lol. We cant control what others enjoy even if we dont like it. Dont get me wrong I hear your point but we cant do anything about it. Its like telling a person to throw away what they love. Its not right to do but maybe its a phase and it will die out.
