Say you have a simple survey game. Will there be any way to prevent a user from voting more than once for one option? If a user refreshes the page, can they vote again for the same option?
(I couldn't find an answer to this anywhere, there are so many questions about cloud variables that an answer is hard to find...)

I see an immediate problem with this. People might be able to make projects that attack specific users. But I guess, those projects could easily be flagged and removed.
