Welcome to the official Rocket Awards: Stars of the Galaxy thread! You may recognize the Rocket name from our two other branches, Rocket Investments and Rocket Productions. As many of you know we have become somewhat dormant for a while but we are back, better than ever! We know have a complete plan for the next coming weeks and beyond. The Rocket Team would like to  announce the Rocket Awards for the GRAND RE-OPENING!!

Rules:

To be nominated for one of our spots you must be a part of the Rocket franchise. We include many people in the family of Rocket which includes many collaborations: Bit Company, Animate: The Animation Collaboration, Eternity Incurakai, Rainbow Studios, Runaway Studios, Serpentine Twilight, Scorpion Studios, ESPA, Mayhem Games, Runaway Studios, and the Game Generators as well as The Pixel Pros! As you can see, we have selected categories in which if you qualify you can participate. All of these collaborations are nominated for all the events in which they can compete in. We enjoy the fact that there are many people who enjoy collaborations and are a part of some of the collabs listed here, if you would like to get nominated please check in on this thread.

Voting:

Everyone of the scratch community is eligible to vote. We want to include everyone. You have one vote per event/category. You may not vote for yourself unless you are voting for your collaboration. Votes must be entered by August 30 th.

Prizes!

We will offer a 1st and 2nd place prize for every category except for the best collaboration (overall) category in which we have prizes for the first 5 collaborations. Here are the prizes.

Individual:

1st place = Full advantages of an RI contract which includes help on games, animations, ideas, graphics, and advertisings in projects and signatures. We will help design characters and sigs as well as give good advice and strategy and help in getting you project top viewed or loved. We will also give sounds and etc. Lastly we will give a secret surprise to the first place winner. We will negotiate other things as well if wanted.

2nd place =  5 'favors' that are from the RI contract. As well as a secret surprise for the 2nd place winner. We will negotiate other things as well if wanted.

Collaborations:

1st place = Full advantages of RI contract as well as help with projects and part time members if needed.  Other things may be negotiated or added.

2nd place = 5 'favors' from RI contract as well as help from 1 project and 2 progress reports. Other things may be negotiated or added.

3rd, 4th, 5th place = 3 favors from RI contract and 1 progress report.  Other things may be negotiated or added.

        Biggest Bang- company with the largest amount of members.

        Rocketteer- Company that developed the most products in the past month.

        Producer- company with the most things produced in total.

        "Star" Potential: Has the most potential and room to grow.

Note: It may be negotiated that the winner of the best collaborator and leader of collaborations get to share their wealth with their collaboration. Also note categories maybe added along the way of the competition.

Judges Pick:
This part of the competition is based on the Judges Pick. The Judges Pick is when our RI specialists, (Meapinator101, Yoshiboy, Xenok, berberberber,) each choose who we think the winner should be for each collaboration or individual event. Sounds interesting? I do! You will get a prize if you get picked.
