What can be done about someone like Tornadojo.

It burns me up that he took my hangman game and just took my name off of it and uploads it as his own.
If he liked my game so much, why didn't he just make a Gallery and add my game to it?
Ugh. He has 18 pages of projects that are all ripped from other users with little or no changes.
So, what can we do?

Im not sure. in some projects it seems he give credit and others he calls it a "remixed remix"

I'm just glad the Scratch system remembers who made the original project. Otherwise, I doubt this person would give anyone any credit at all. All that was done to my Hangman game was to take my name off of it. What a lamer!

Don't think there is anything you can do about it - the definition of remix under the Creative Commons Share Alike - does not appear to be clearly defined. If he claimed it was a new project.
Now he doesn't even change the description so it sounds like he's claiming 8 hours of work into the project - that might be worth reporting.

You could just flag the project, BoltBait, just remember to give your reason. Your issue sounds like a violation of the Fair Use policy.

This guy even ripped of my projects (how low can you go xD) He/She even forgot to take my name off the starting screen... I don't care actually.
Please, just contact the Scratch team next time, instead of complaining about certain people on the forums.

That is what I will do if this would of happened to me because then I could of started a war and I do not want that.

You should be able to flag it and or him for that (my thoughts on the matter),
he does say it took alot of work (ha!) and my understanding that puts him in violation of copyright law.
I flagged it, stolen IP is inappropriate (IMHO)

A long time ago(before any of you even existed on Scratch except for JSO) there was this scratcher who did exactly the same thing. I think his name was glough. However all the projects he copied were removed by the scratch team and his account was banned
Just flag the projects.

Under the terms of the Creative Commons License, everybody must give proper attribution. That attribution may be automatic in the form of the "Based on project" text that usually appears or it may be typed in the project or the project notes. If the person is claiming undue credit, that is a violation and the project should be flagged.
