Scratch source code question...
Well, since I am beta testing the Preliminary version of Scratch 1.4 I think I should know something about the source code. Do you start the Scratch source code every time you make a new version of scratch of build off of each version still using some of the old source code? I need to know this because if you build off of each section I only have to check new features making sure that they do what they are supposed to do. Can a official answer this for me?

With thinking like that, you won't make a very good Software Validation Engineer. 
Remember, when adding something new to an existing code base, it is always possible to break something old!
