What content is acceptable on Scratch?

Is blood/gore acceptable or games/cartoons of a sexual nature?

1. Probably, but your project may get marked as "Not for everyone"

My advice? Stay clear of it as its a touch subject. Your project will probably be marked as not-safe at the least, but could be removed from the site. Children as young as seven use this site. If its not appropriate for a seven year-old its not appropriate for Scratch.

Rule of thumb: if you wouldn't show it to your mom don't share it on Scratch.
